I haven't been to Strawberry in a number of years and want to introduce my two young kids to fishing strawberry. Any suggestions on where to go and how to have success?

Are you going to be on a boat or fishing from the shore?

Most times the shore, but sometimes in a boat docking at Phillips.

[cool]Since the main Strawberry Marina (or at least the lodge and store) are owned by the Philips brothers (as seen on Doug Miller's show and Utah's Best Fishing Holes guiding the hosts of the show), I would assume that he is referring to the main Strawberry Marina.

All 4 marinas are managed by the "Phillips" . Doug Phillips is the owner but his son is running the show now . If you need some info on fishing they will be very helpful if you go in to visit in the shop . I bet he is referring to the Bay marina . The main one .

I haven't been up there since there was ice but I hear dead drifting a dead minnow is working real good now . I'm not to hot for bait fishing thing but I sure some jigs or flies will get there attention too . Just remember the slot limit on the cutts . Most of them will be catch and release size .
