LOOKING FOR INFO ON PINEVIEW

Looking for some help with tigers on pinview wanting to go this weekend but have never fished for them. I have a 14' aluminum with a 25hrs and fish for the wipers and walleye all the time. So anyway could some one please tell how when where and what to use for the tigers. Thx
