Deer Creek today 12/14

Hit Deer Creek again with my fishing bud. It was a cold morning. 7 degrees at 8:30 when we launched. A lot of fish showing on the finder. A small boat launched about 10 and they sure had to be cold. Was any BFT folks up there today? There was shore fishers and a few out on the island. We caught 3 nice browns. Looked kinda skinny. And a bunch of nice bows. 14 to 19 inches. The bows were fat and sassy. It was 20 degrees when we left for home around 11:30. There is a little ice forming up near where the river comes in. I need to take my digital and take some pictures and can figure out how to post them. I enjoy yours a lot.

Glad you could get into a few fish up there. I'm surprised there isn't more ice up there yet, as most of the ponds around here are really putting on a cap.
