Fishing in Colorado River

Hey, I am planning on doing some fishing on the California/Arizona border in the Colorado River.

Was wondering if anyone knew the licensing rules...do I need one from both states, or just from one of them?

hmm good question, I would think a license in either would be acceptable but I am certainly no ranger! I would just stay on one side of the border to be safe lol

First of all you will need the CA license. That is the obvious. The cost is 34.90 for the whole year. You can then add the Colorado River stamp for 3.00 more. That will allow you to fish anywhere on the CO River from boat or bank.

A whoppy total of 37.90 will cure all doubt and make you legal to fish.
