Au Sable Fishing Report

Fished the Au Sable river Saturday, I landed 1, lost 1. The one I lost I think was a nice sized fresh male, it took me into the tree falls. I hooked that fish on a waxworm under a bobber. Mid afternoon I hit a 7lb hen on a small bag, chartruese, that fish was fairly colored-up. I saw very few people on the river,and no boats. All access areas, aside from the Whirlpool, are not plowed, river was lower and at 30 degrees .
