Fishing around the Nestucca has been fair to good. We have been having multiple fish days, with jus a slight downturn during the heaviest rain. We had a pretty good rise over the last couple of days. We should see good fishing over the next week with a drying trend, and warmer weather. They should respond will to all tactics during the moderate flows, and better on small offerings as it clears. Attached is Stuart Stute from Albany, OR, with a nice big wild steelhead caught on Wednesday. Estimated weight by formula is 24 to 26lbs.
