I am not fishing in the tourney saturday, but i would like to fish anyway. I know some of the lures i have used in the past do well at times, but what is everyone getting the eyes on and most of the wipers? I have no intent to tell anyone what it is if someone would be so kind as to tell me what they are using. I would rather catch eyes than wipers. Please help. The pop gear is an old favorite, but the wipers are getting too smart for it. I also use the 12" peacock bass woodchoppers when they start chasing the boat regularly. Please help, i am desperate to catch some fish out there. If you will help pm me. Thanks

I usually do best for eyes running a multi color wedding ring set up trailing a bottom bouncer. Top it with the old worm and the results are usually fair. The slower the troll the better chance at eyes. Usually they hit at around .8 to 1.1mph running that set up.
Good luck

Randy, thats a little fast for trolling isn't it? To keep the blades down deep you need to troll 1-1.5 mph.
The weather for this Saturday is going to be great!

[cool][#0000ff]Yeah, those gals will do anything to get recognized as serious anglers. Better than the short skirts on the lady golfers.[/#0000ff]

[cool][#0000ff]Don't jump off your tacklebox yet. June is a magic month for walleyes on Willard. Believe me ALMOST ANYBODY can catch them...crawler harness, bait soaking, casting along the rocks or speed trolling for wipers. Lots of walleyes in June. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Let's plan on some strategic wallie chasin' after "silly Saturday".[/#0000ff]

If its what I think you are talking about the reason you can't find one is because our team bought them all in Salt Lake and Ogden and we will be pulling 4 of them on Saturday. [laugh].
