Just curious as to what fish are running at this time?

Also, how is the kitty fishing at LBH ?

Anyway, the white bass spawn should be starting in about a week at Utah Lake.

I think the rainbows are at the end of their spawn and winding down. Catfish will start up very soon. I have caught a few females that were full of eggs.

cutts at the berry will be on there beds very soon as well. next week they should start staging near boat ramps and inlet streams. many swim right up on the ramps to bust open egg sacks as they flip flop back into the water. best bait is a olive damsel nymph with a gold bead head. fish it with a spin casting set up with 4 pound test and a b,b split shot 10 inches above fly. flip it out about 10 ft and let it sink to bottom do not retreive it just let it set there with rod tip 3 inches from water in a strait line to fly. bites will be very subtle line will move about 1 inch tip not at all. oya a #18 on the fly.

You got Catfish, you can to to Lincoln now buddy, fish it man, dont hesitate. You can also get the bass, small mouth/largemouth at various places. You can also get a white bass at the UL. Dont forget the state fish,,,,,,,,TROUT, yea thats right, you can get them anywhere, but dont to to UL for that. Go to the Berry if you like Salmon and Fish lake or the gorge for the Macks!!! Dont forget a few bluegill and crapie and the occasional green sunfish. There also be suckers in them thar waters.......oh yea and the trout come in many shapes, sizes and names.

You can even get the occasional finless fish or some other freak of nature that aint supposed to look like that. I know where you can get some coi and carp,,,,hooray
