Canyon Lake: Water clear; 85 degrees; 904.96' (5' low):
Largemouth are fair to good before and at first light
along mainlake points and bluff ledges in 12'-25' on
Daiquiri JDC Skip N Pop topwaters, Bleeding Shad Rat-L-Traps
and green-pumpkin Scoundrel worms rigged on jigheads.
Smallmouth are fair early in 14'-23' using light Carolina
rigged green-pumpkin tubes, Ice Tea Devil's Tongues on
drop shots and smoke 3" JDC Craws.
Stripers fair at night.
White Bass are fair at night under lights.
Crappie are fair in 15'-22' tight to trees on minnows.

Black Bass are good, especially at night in 8 feet over brushpiles along docks and laydowns on Terminator buzzbaits or spinnerbaits, JDC Skip N Pop topwaters, and wacky rigged
watermelon-red Whacky Sticks rigged on "K" Whacky Hooks.
Stripers are good to 21" at night using Spoiler Shads.
White Bass are very good at night on 1 inch Spoiler Shads
and Lit'l Fishies on 1/32 oz. jigheads.
Crappie are fair on minnows and crappie jigs over brushpiles in 14'.
