I fished the Bear downstream of Oneida yesterday evening. I was about 4 miles below the reservoir. They are dumping so much water that it's higher than when they dump in the spring. There is so much grass and weed in the water that it's impossible to cast and retrieve. I ended up throwing a three way swivel rig with a worm. Back to the method of my youth! I caught a few rainbows, about 14", and a smallmouth that ran 15". Fished from 4 to 6pm.
