Echo Res.
#1
I went out and fished echo today. If anyone is looking to catch carp there are a lot in the lake. The bass are biting pretty good. The trout fishing has slowed down until it is frozen however early in the morning or late at night could get you some good trout, trolling on the west side near the highway.

I was wondering how much they charge to launch, and if they have docks in?

They charge ten dollars a day and they do have docks. I was down there again today and went fishing. The bass and perch are biting really good.

First off what are you fishing for.
If you are fishing for bass or perch, fish the north and east side after the boat ramp. Where all the rocks are by the dam. Another spot is right of the boat docks. Use worms or small rapalas, and small spinners will work sometimes.

If you are looking for trout fish the west side near the highway and also near the dam. Fish about 5-20 feet of water using a small rapala or small spinner.

If you are looking for carp go by the docks or on the south side towards river. Use bread and a bubble or worm.
