Hyrum Bass

Went to Hyrum tonight and wacked a bunch of bass, Biggest was four pounds. Most fish were taken on the 3-1/2" Cut'r Bug in Baby Bass and watermelon/red,black flake.

I used to get a few nice ones near the outlet, but never been in a boat. Next spring.

I've not fished Hyrum yet. Your report makes it very tempting to make a quick trip over the hill.

How were you riggin them?Dropshot,Texas,Jigheads?

Gamakatsu wide gap 1/0 worm hook, The point of the hook should go through the tail where it connects to the body if properly rigged, then put an 1/8 oz split shot about 18 inches above the hook. I like to use the bullet shaped split shot's made by water Gremlin, they go through the weeds and tree's better without hanging up.
