Smoked koke is so good! My kids always fought over that stuff, when they wouldn't always eat fish prepared another way.
What kind of wood did you use? I like alder, and my kids like mesquite. [signature]

[red][size 3]I guess the type of wood you use can make a big difference I am learning. I'm afraid we have just used whatever was on sale. Someone was swearing by a sweet cherry wood the other day. [/size][/red]
