Salmon Falls Creek reservoir

Had a great day with 3 great friends out in a boat today. We were hunting for the Walleye and as ususal found the trout all in the 18" to 20" range. We caught 2 perch, one smallie, 8 trout, one crawdad, one rock (he actually landed it, what a hoot) and believe it or not 1 12" walleye.

We saw a 20" 4 point with his herd with another 2 pt. that came down to drink. Just had a beautiful day even the breeze worked for us on the drift. Thankyou Lord!

It was my first Idaho walleye! Yahoo!

IdahoPanfish,

Just read your report. Thanks for the news. Walleye fishing can be tough at times. Some nice trout never hurts anyone's trip though.
