Strawberry
#1
I had planned on going to Strawberry this weekend with my Father, but I saw on the DWR fish stocking information they have listed on 9/29/06 that they will be planting over 100,000 cutthroat that are 2.44 inches. Is this going to affect the "Bite" on Saturday? Are they dumping all these fish in one area? Not sure that I want to compete with a bunch of live bait.

They do not dump all the fishin one place. They have a large ponton boat with a tank in the middle. They fill it with water and then fill it with fish. then they go to different places on the resevior. As they are moving at a fast trolling speed they open a valve a the back of the tank. The planters are then spread all over. This also keeps the sea gulls and pelican away.

I suppose if you caught one it would be under the slot. Tasty?[Wink]
