wipers in the marina

yesterday my friend and i fished the marina for few hours landed 10 wipers between the 2 of us......then today the marina was terrible worked the whole area for few hours "nothing". we drove down to the southeast bend caught a total of 6 wipers..planning to go out friday morning..rain?not a problem...

thanks everybody for the big welcome.and as for the 2 lure i was using is a 1/4oz.kastmaster(chrome) and 3/8 redeye spinnerbait(white)made by strikeking.....and i was fishn in the north marina.....
