I have a 25 hp kholer long shaft duck boat motor that keeps flooding out.I changed the needle and seat,fuel pump,and float bulb.It started right up several times last night.I let it sit over night and it dlooded itself out agian..Any suggestions or what am i missing..Thanks

Doublecheck the float level. Maybe even try lowering it a tad & see what happens.

what GEEZER said, sounds like the float is too high or getting stuck. most float levels are adjusted by bending the rod. hope this helps. later chuck
