Im just looking around for some excellent venison recipes. my all time favorite is,
Howland's Island Venison Steaks,
2 Pounds venison loin steak, sliced lengthwise in half, about 1 1/2 inches thick
1/4 cup olive oil
2 diced garlic cloves
1/4 Cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine, your choice
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon black peper
Combine all ingredients except steaks. Then marinate your steaks 2-4 hours. Grill 8-10 minutes on each side, cook to rare-medium rare basting occasionaly. ENJOY
I tried this recipe on my mom, who is extremely picky about her meats and never liked venison before. All she told me was "Its to die for"
