4 tbl Olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 lrg Can plum tomatoes, crushed
2 tbl Mint leaves, chopped
1 sm Bottle clam juice
2 lb Whole calamari w/ tentacles cleaned and cut up
Saute garlic in olive oil with salt and pepper just until garlic turns pale in color. Add tomatoes, simmer 20 minutes. Add mint leaves, clam juice, and calamari. Simmer gently 15 minutes until tender.[/size][/font]
