A perfect day to be out on the ice! The air was cold but the sun was shining bright and there was no wind to speak of all day. We didn't start fishing until around 9am and we had to move around a little to find the fish but once we did it was pretty steady for a couple of hours. We left at 2pm and I had nine fish on the board. My buddy had a rougher go of it only landing one fish but he did have quite a few long line releases. All fish were in the slot going between 16" and 21". I think all but two were caught between 9 and 11ish. Lure of choice was a white tube on a bright yellow head tipped with a wax worm. I think we are headed back on Monday!
