I'm new to Utah and have enjoyed the site so I thought I would sign up and post my catch. Here is a big brown from Deer Creek on 3/31/2007 caught using a perch colored Rapala. It was released unharmed. It was the only fish we caught but not bad for an hour of fishing. (We were just trying out my in-laws new boat.)

Welcome to the board. That's a nice fish, great colors on it. The browns I've seen out of DC lately look pale but that one is nice! Good on ya.

That is a nice brownie, was that just a original floating rapala? We had a lot of success at Jordanelle last year using perch colored DT6 Rapalas.
