We hit the Bear yesterday left the marina about 830 head to the rockpile, fished it for about and hour with no hook ups headed for first point trolled up to cisco had our first hookup straight out from the big tree out from south eden 3# cutt 70' down on a rapala, did some jiggin on cisco in 60' cought 2 more cutts one about 5#and the other about 3# lost a few others in the same area. We did see a boat with 4 women in it hook into a nice fish they fought it for about 10min then relized it wouldnt fit into their net, so we drove over and threw them our net and they landed the fish and it was close to 14# mac, they took a couple pics then turned her loose! All in all a great day on the water not alot of action but nice cool weather. Water temp was 38 there was about 15 other boats fishing the east side! M.H.

Yea, one of those boats was us, I'll post a report later. We got there about 6:30 and left at 4:30. Thanks for posting your report, sounds like you did pretty good. I need to see a picture of your new boat, so I'll know what to look for. There sure were a lot of jet boats and that type of boats out there yesterday. A little windy in the morning when we got there but it ended up being a nice day.

Dan the weather was cool with a slight breeze all day,you had to have a jacket on. The water was rough in the am till around 930 or so then it calmed down and was pretty smooth .The water was clear and a cold 38 deg.
Curt we were in the white bayliner cuddy with the teal colored top 2 downriggers. There was 4 of us, we my wifes parents they had never been over there before or ever cought any thing bigger then a planter bow so it was good to see both of them catch a fish!! M.H.

I think you went right by us once or twice. We were in one of those jet boats, there were four of us and poles were hanging out all over the place plus two down riggers.
