Weber Sunday Morn.
#1
Took the flyrod for an outing on the Weber River between Rockport and Echo. Low flow and clear water. Slow start to the morning. But found a few holes holding fish. Managed several whiteys for the smoker before the blow started. Then no more fishes wanting to play. Pheasant tail was the prefered item on the morning menu. No trouts. All and all a good morning.

That is the only way i have heard of anyone eating them and i hear they are very good that way. If you try them let me know how they are. There is alot of meat on one of those bad boys. If it is good it might not be a bad idea to smoke a few.[cool]
