After working 3 consecutive 12 hour days, I had the chance to get off early enough to make my first Jordanelle float trip of the year. I didn't have too much optimism with the recent cold front just passing through, but I just needed a break and want to fish "lake X". Happily, there was little wind and excellent conditions except for the cooler temps. Also, to my surprise, the bassin was great! Caught a few rats, a number of 10-13 inchers, but I got a couple of 14's, one 16 incher, and a nice 17 1/2 incher. I took the balky camera with me again. It did a little better tonight, and I included a few pics from tonight. I guess the camera doesn't like slimers[
]. These are fairly typical Jordanelle bass. I had the lake pretty much to myself, except for one fishing buddy. I took a couple of pictures of him.
