Kaysvill ponds

Does anybody know any thing on Kaysville ponds? I used to fish them quite a bit till they started cunstruction and drained at least the lower middle one but now its filling up again I want to try it but I don't want to wast my time if there aren't any fish in it also I want to catch a few of the bullfrog tadpoles that at least used to be in there, those things were big any info would be nice Thanks! and Good Luck[]
