CENTRAL
Arcadia: Elevation above normal. Largemouth bass good on cut bait. Channel catfish good on cut shad. Report submitted by Tim Campbell, game warden stationed in Oklahoma County.
Hefner: Water 88 and clear. Largemouth bass being caught on spinnerbaits, crankbaits and topwaters along shoreline and docks. Channel catfish being caught on chicken liver, cut bait and worms in coves. Crappie being caught on minnows and jigs around docks. Walleye being caught on minnows and worms around boat docks. Wes Watkins: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 77-82 and murky, with some clearing in main body of lake. Catfish good on chicken livers, fresh cut bait, worms, minnows and bait shrimps in deeper water, especially around dam. White bass fair while trolling around beach areas and around dam in deeper water. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structures and in timber area at west end of lake. Largemouth bass poor but some action with spinnerbaits, whodaddies, worms and assorted darker-colored soft plastics; some action early morning and evening on topwater lures. Report submitted by M. M. Kaw: Elevation normal, water 86 and stained. White bass are being caught trolling crankbaits along sandy beaches and points, also white bass are still being caught under the bridges on slabs and jigs. Crappie fishing has picked up since the water has stabilized; fish are being caught at 5-15 ft. around submerged brush piles, on jigs or minnows. Blue catfish are being caught in the upper end of the lake by jug fishermen using fresh cut bait or whole small shad. Fishing below the dam has slowed. Keystone: Elevation 6 1/2 ft. above normal, water murky to muddy. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and flipping tube jigs at 4-8 ft. at flooded points with buck brush. Smallmouth bass fair on crankbaits and three-inch pumpkin and chartreuse tube jigs at 6-10 ft. at flooded rocky points. Spotted bass good on fire tiger crankbaits and six-inch June bug worms at 6-10 ft. along steep rock banks. White bass fair on small spoons and minnows at 6-10 ft. at bridge areas and deep coves. Striped bass fair on buck tails and wild-eye shad at 3-5 ft. below dam. Channel catfish good on worms and stinkbaits at 4-8 ft. at backs at coves. Blue catfish good on cut shad and punch baits at 6-10 ft. at mouths of coves to halfway back. Flathead catfish fair on goldfish and live shad at 6-10 ft. at riprap areas. Lower Illinois: Water 51 and clear. Largemouth bass and smallmouth bass good on live bait, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, big rooster tails at 1-5 ft. along the shoreline. Striped bass good on red fin at 1-20 ft. in deep holes and around wood piles. Channel catfish good on cut shad at 10-20 ft. in deep holes at the mouth of the Illinois River where it meets the Arkansas River and at 5-10 ft. around flat surfaces. Walleye and saugeye good on bright-colored crankbaits at 5-10 ft. at night in deep holes. Trout excellent on woolly buggers and roostertails at 5-10 ft. in deep holes and moving water. SOUTHEAST

Eufaula: Elevation 1 ft. above normal and murky. Largemouth bass fair on plastics baits and spinnerbaits off points. White bass good on topwaters on the flats on slab spoons. Blue catfish good on fresh shad below the dam and standing timber at 10-20 ft. Crappie fair on minnows or jigs at 10-20 ft. around standing timber. Hugo: Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 85. Largemouth bass fair on plastics and spinners along button brush. Crappie fair to good on minnows along structure at 15-25 ft. Catfish fair on cut bait in creek channels. Below the dam, crappie good on jigs at 9-11 ft. Blue catfish good to excellent on shad in moving water. Konawa: Elevation normal, water 88 and clear. Largemouth bass good on plastic worms around weed beds and off points at 5-10 ft. Channel catfish fair on shad along points and roadbeds at 10-12 ft. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Lower Mountain Fork River: The best areas have been Spillway Creek, Lost Creek, and in zone 2. The list of good flies are soft hackles, wooly buggers, grasshoppers, ants, prismatic emergers, egg patterns and San Juan worms. Report submitted by Sid Ingram, Beavers Bend Fly Shop.
McGee Creek: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 87 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic lures along weed beds. Watch for schooling bass breaking the surface. Then cast shallow-running, shad-colored lures to catch them. Crappie fair over cedar brush at 16-25 ft. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.
Murray: Elevation above normal, water 84. Bass good early mornings and in the evenings on jerk baits and worms. White bass fair early mornings on topwaters. Channel catfish fair. Report submitted by Jeremy Brothers, game warden stationed in Carter County.

Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water 87 and murky. Largemouth bass fair at 5-8 ft. using topwater baits early morning and late evening. Crappie fair at 10 ft. using minnows fishing the edge of the old creek channels. White bass fair at 6-8 ft. using shad imitation crankbaits fishing near the mouth of the Illinois River and off the rock jetties. Blue catfish fair to good using fresh cut bait drift fishing in the old river channel. Flathead catfish fair at 20-25 ft. using live bait jug fishing the old river and creek channels. Sardis Lake: Elevation normal. Largemouth bass good in flooded timber on spinnerbaits. Catfish good on cut bait or live shad. Crappie good around bridges, brush piles and dam tower on minnows. Texoma: Elevation 2 1/2 ft. above normal, water 86 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass has been fair to good on topwater lures and deep diving crankbaits from the surface at 15 ft. near the riprap. Striped bass and white bass fair to good on surface lures, live bait and slabs from the surface to 20 ft. in the river channels. Channel and blue catfish fair to good on minnows, worms and catfish baits at 10-15 ft. from Platter flats to the Washita River. Crappie fair to good on minnows at boat docks at 5-10 ft. Altus-Lugert: Elevation 9 1/2 ft. below normal and dropping. Irrigation canal is running. Fishing is very slow with a few good-sized striped bass hybrids being caught in deep water. Hefner: Water 88 and clear. Largemouth bass being caught on spinnerbaits, crankbaits and topwaters along shoreline and docks. Channel catfish being caught on chicken liver, cut bait and worms in coves. Crappie being caught on minnows and jigs around docks. Walleye being caught on minnows and worms around boat docks. Kaw: Elevation normal, water 86 and stained. White bass are being caught trolling crankbaits along sandy beaches and points, also white bass are still being caught under the bridges on slabs and jigs. Crappie fishing has picked up since the water has stabilized; fish are being caught at 5-15 ft. around submerged brush piles, on jigs or minnows. Blue catfish are being caught in the upper end of the lake by jug fishermen using fresh cut bait or whole small shad. Fishing below the dam has slowed. Keystone: Elevation 6 1/2 ft. above normal, water murky to muddy. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and flipping tube jigs at 4-8 ft. at flooded points with buck brush. Smallmouth bass fair on crankbaits and three-inch pumpkin and chartreuse tube jigs at 6-10 ft. at flooded rocky points. Spotted bass good on fire tiger crankbaits and six-inch June bug worms at 6-10 ft. along steep rock banks. White bass fair on small spoons and minnows at 6-10 ft. at bridge areas and deep coves. Striped bass fair on buck tails and wild-eye shad at 3-5 ft. below dam. Channel catfish good on worms and stinkbaits at 4-8 ft. at backs at coves. Blue catfish good on cut shad and punch baits at 6-10 ft. at mouths of coves to halfway back. Flathead catfish fair on goldfish and live shad at 6-10 ft. at riprap areas. Lower Illinois: Water 51 and clear. Largemouth bass and smallmouth bass good on live bait, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, big rooster tails at 1-5 ft. along the shoreline. Channel catfish good on cut shad at 10-20 ft. in deep holes at the mouth of the Illinois River where it meets the Arkansas River and at 5-10 ft. around flat surfaces. Walleye and saugeye good on bright-colored crankbaits at 5-10 ft. at night in deep holes. Trout excellent on woolly buggers and roostertails at 5-10 ft. in deep holes and moving water. Eufaula: Elevation 1 ft. above normal and murky. Largemouth bass fair on plastics baits and spinnerbaits off points. White bass good on topwaters on the flats on slab spoons. Hugo: Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 85. Largemouth bass fair on plastics and spinners along button brush. Crappie fair to good on minnows along structure at 15-25 ft. Catfish fair on cut bait in creek channels. Below the dam, crappie good on jigs at 9-11 ft. Blue catfish good to excellent on shad in moving water. Lower Mountain Fork River: The best areas have been Spillway Creek, Lost Creek, and in zone 2. The list of good flies are soft hackles, wooly buggers, grasshoppers, ants, prismatic emergers, egg patterns and San Juan worms. Report submitted by Sid Ingram, Beavers Bend Fly Shop.
McGee Creek: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 87 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic lures along weed beds. Watch for schooling bass breaking the surface. Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water 87 and murky. Largemouth bass fair at 5-8 ft. using topwater baits early morning and late evening. White bass fair at 6-8 ft. using shad imitation crankbaits fishing near the mouth of the Illinois River and off the rock jetties. Blue catfish fair to good using fresh cut bait drift fishing in the old river channel. Flathead catfish fair at 20-25 ft. using live bait jug fishing the old river and creek channels. Channel and blue catfish fair to good on minnows, worms and catfish baits at 10-15 ft. from Platter flats to the Washita River. Crappie fair to good on minnows at boat docks at 5-10 ft.
