Fishing Saturday?
#1
Anyone heading out to the low waters this weekend?

It's supposed to rain at some point, with some wind later in the day, but I can't get out during the week- so this weekend it is!

It's all a matter of setting your priorities! Didn't you get one of those Rojo thingamabobs? That would be the cure to my spare time.[cool]

Sorry lave I just got home home and logged on for the 1st time in a week. I would have gone with ya in a heart beat!!

Just spent a week near St Charles ID. Camping no less! All work related hardly any time to play. Did manage to wet a line in the Logan river, Bever Creek, and atempted shore fishing at Bear Lake.

I'm free tomorrow if yer still interested?!

n/p road! I just fished off the bank over at Hyrum this morning (thought I'd beat the storm front, and I did *whew*)..I'll post some pics here soon over on the general board.

Hope you had fun camping bud. Did you catch anything on the Logan or over at Bear Lake?

Let's try to hook up with Pat one of these weekends when it's not quite as windy so we can take the tubes and toons out.

It was tough fishing for me on both the Logan and Beaver Creek. neither tend to lend themselves to my type of fishing. I did manage to pick up a couple of whitefish and a small brown off the Logan, bouncing weightless nightcrawler along the bottom.

The beaver was far less productive with me getting skunked on it.

Bear Lake is another story. I wanted to float it, but that wa not possible. The weather conditions never gave me a chance. Everytime I had a minute to go the wind was howling. I did luck into a small cutt from the bank. I think he got lost and just happened by.
