I was wondering if any one knows where to find them i know one place way out west but i really dont want to drive 3 hours so if any one knows of a good place let me know thanks

That seems to be what everyone else wants to know too. I've seen a lot of educated dogs within 2 hours of Salt Lake. There's been an explosion of coyote hunters the last five to ten years and I've had to find new places further away than when I used to.
I'll send you a pm of a few close place that I know to have a lot of dogs but I'm not sure how smart they've become. Good luck

What do you do with a coyote after you shoot it?

Well in mid January the pelts can be worth a little bit of money,Or if the county you hunt them in has a bounty on them you can clip there ears after they have met a human end and take them in for the bounty.

Piss on em and leave em to rott!!! Those stupid dogs kill so many deer it's ridiculous. Controlling the predator population is a big part of our deer hunting future.

The 3 hour drive would probably be worth it. Anything any closer will be pretty smart. They have had a round or two put close to them, they dont stick around.

I would make an over nighter out of it. Go west hunt all day, Then the buffett in a Wendover casino, a couple cocktails to end the day and a good night's sleep and do it all over again the next day and then home.

Or, Leave the wifes in Wendover, go hunt, come back and join them, Go out again the next morning. Go back for them and then home.[]

Well that depend on when that fateful 7 hits. For me.. Or take teh float tube, do a little dogin, a little gambling and than a little fishing. Sound like a well rounded over niter.
