A guy at work just drew his 4th O.I.L. tag. He has drawn moose, bull and cow, Buffalo on the henry's, Rocky mountain bighorn, and this year drew a ogden willard peak billy goat tag. Plus he has drawn the paunsugaunt twice, and an antelope. Some people are lucky. These tags are all drawn not bought at the auctions.

Bearclaw said just what I was thinking. I don't know anyone that is that lucky. I thought I was doing good when I first started putting in for OIL permits I drew out the first year on bull moose, five years later I drew out for cow Buffalo but since, it has been 14 years for the Desert big horn. That Rocky mountain big horn sheep is the hardest to get because their numbers being so low, so it is way way lucky[:/]. WH2

Its luck and nothing more. I am learning the more tags that I apply for, the better chance I have to draw.

Does this guy have any old hats or such we could have. Maybe they could pass his luck on. I 'm going with over the counter for elk again this year. One day I might actually draw my bear and turkey tags.
