Raftoon!?
#1
So, as much as I'd love to go out on my 'toon this weekend, I want to take the kids out with me.

I have a Sevylor 4 chamber 5-person raft and I had an idea...

Since I was going to use my 'toon's oars anyway...

So, crazy? I actually think it's somewhat a waste of space, but there's still plenty of room for the three of us. Not sure if it's worth the extra hassle and junk in the trunk...

Comments?

I like the way the frame fits in there so nicely. Possibilities?

Get it on the water and let us know how it works.
God bless,

NIce but I think I would flip it around place it at teh bow end of the raft. This way you can use your stronger rowing muscles adn row bow first.

I agree with Majja, much easier to pull then push.
But weren't you having troubles rowing the pontoon? I just ask cause that was just you, now it is the whole family.
You might want the foot bars also for a little extra leverage.

Is cool how well the whole frame fits! Might be onto something! Next YOU'LL be wanting an OUTLAW[bobWink]
