Found some ice

Threw the auger in the truck this morning and headed out to find some fishable ice. Found some ice and some dang nice fish too. Fishing wasn't red hot but we ended up with a couple two to three pound rainbows and a football that weighed in just over seven pounds. I'm sure you will all figure out where we were by looking at the picture. Gotta love that hard water!

Some astute locals will figure out where this is at. Hookedlikeu was going to grab my rod when this fish was biting, but I beat him to it. Catching fish of this size in a two foot rod is a real hoot!. Yes, the fish is still alive and well to get hooked another day. Good luck finding the ice. There were other hard water hitters there.........[]

Thats what you get for hogging the Henry's fish while I was in Chicago. I would have beat ya to the pole anyway, just like I did to big brother. Besides, all the fish were caught on my rods...I just decided to share some![laugh]
