Deep Creek

I was going to take my 3 and 4 year old fishing this week, just wondering if deep is still good, and where to fish. If not there, then where. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

i fished it sunday and a couple days last week. It isnt hot all day seems to be slowing down about 11-12, i would suggest hitting it early and going home when it turns off. I was fishing on the inlet side, about 100 yards into the lake on the road side of the lake. We were using worm and a jig head pink seemed to work the best, about 2 feet off the bottom in about 12- 15 ft of water.
If you dont do any good there i have heard from a few guys going to glendale that were fishing for perch that they cant get there worm threw the trout, they said that there small 9 inches manybe but for the kids i dont think size matters much.

Thanks for the info. Yeah I'm not interested in size, but I fished deep a month or so ago and it kicked ass until 10, and that is a perfect time frame for me. So it sounds just perfect, thanks again.

we caught some real nice fish sunday i think we ended up with 8 over 2 lb between 2 of us. we lost one that was probly 4 lb right at the ice
