Lance and I started the day by running to our favorite community parking lot, well within the first 5 casts I had already put our biggest fish in the boat (ended up being 7.16lbs) , then it was another 30 minutes before our next bite. Next fish was a 3 lber, then we slowing put a limit togather. Lance put a 4lber and 2 just keepers in the boat. We decided to move to a non community spot and right away I landed a 3lber, then a while longer another 3lber. So we went back to our original area . This time we covered a lot of water, eventually Lance lands another 5 and a half lber and honestly that was about it. Once the sun came out, the fish quit. Even though we had a great day, it was long and tough. All fish caught on fishinvol baits ( Lances version of an idiot bait). Our weight was 23.64, good for first place and won big fish too.
