Fished our small club tournament Saturday. Partner called Friday and said he had to work so I had to solo. I started the day fishing rocky banks with a jerkbait caught sveral short fish before catching my fist keeper 15 and half inches a few cast later got a 3 lber. Went to a pocket checked for spawners could not find any so I went back closer to the main lake and fished rocky banks the rest of the day with the jerkbait. I caught alot of short fish, 3 keeper spots and 5 keeper LM that just topped 14 lbs it was good enough for 3rd place. First was over 18 lbs and 2nd was 14 and some change which was just slightly more than I had. I really could have used my partner today! Congratulations to Tim and Kevin on there win they had a nice bag.
