Best day at River park Yet. Caught some bait with cast net and headed up to the dam. First drift nailed a nice blue about 10 lbs and continued with several white bass and several small mouths with no size to them. I watched as shsimons and crew caught the cats, but I kept up my end and landed a couple nice blues too. Mine were not as big but took several minutes to land on 6lb line. I then hung into what I thought was another big cat and went several rounds of the boat and almost got spooled several times, after getting it up to see what it was, I realized it was a monster small mouth and crabbed for the net. I was praying real hard as I one armed it into the net. My PB small mouth the biggest one I have seem in a long time. I straight armed the picture, but wished someone would have come up and snapped a shot for me. I will probably never catch another one that size again. Turned them all loose for another day. For got to add it weighed 6lbs-8ozs.
