Well today I had about 5 hours to be able to fish so I hit Derkies lake since it is close. We got there at 7:00am that is when the park opens. It is a put and take place but it was fun for a few hours, and we ended up with a few fillets. Jacob and I caught a TON of trout that we released, and we got a few nice blue gills. My golden trout was 15" and the other two were 14". I think we got into some hold overs from last year's planting. Jacob kept three, and they were a little smaller than mine. This rounded us out to have enough to BBQ. Ron
