Well I got a new experience tonight. I went fishing with someone that I probably never would have met except through the forum. I called up ol' Pat yesterday because he was listed as someone without a boat that would like to go out under the need a ride section. We met up at Tyner and launched around 6 ready to reel in the crappie. My hopes were hi as we pulled away from the dock. As they always are.

We pulled up to the first dock and by about the third shot Pat reeled one in. I have fish the same dock many times with TW but never actually caught fish there so I was even more hopeful now. About 3 more shots and Pat reeled in another small crappie. A little while of no action and we decided to try out the bluff. No crappie biting there, but we saw a couple of bass hitting top water so we threw out some lines and I hooked up with one of them on a chartruse colored shallow running crankbait.

We moved over to some more docks and pat hooked up with a nice bull bream and I got a handful of bites but didn't land any. Finally, I ran back to the ramp, and let my partner off. Turned around and went and fished a little hump. I threw out a texas rig first and got no takers. Through out a C-Rig and hooked into a decent size bass on the first cast. Reeled him in and took a pic. Fished for another 30min and didn't get another bite so I left.
