Sea sick medications
#1
Given the frequency with which this topic comes up (for want of a better term) and the huge number of global anglers affected by it, I thought I would post this link to one of the best sea sick med's available with a world wide reputation.

http://www.paihiapharmacy.co.nz/

While there are a myriad of med's available, and it comes down to a personal choice as to what you take, I know there are many anglers who have tried lots of different options with little or mixed success.

I suggest taking a look at this alternative if your an angler who - unfortunately - gets "as crook as a dog" out on the sea and cannot go regularly enough to use repeated exposure as a way of reducing the effects of motion sickness .

Burnin Thumbs!

Steve B
Moderator Lures/Baits Forum
http://www.demonjigs.com

[Tongue][green]I believe that some of the anglers think that they have a case of mal de mer instead of an old fashion hang over. Have you ever seen some of these clowns drink like there is no tomorrow in the broiling sun only to blame their pathetic condition on the rough waters. For most people the patch seems to be quite effective.[/green]

[black]Hey MasterJigBuilder,[/black]
[black][/black]
[black]Although I am not prone to have difficulties with motion sickness, I've found that Ginger works really well for those who are. [/black]
[black][/black]
[black]The Chinese have been using it for 30 + centuries, and sailors since the time of the Romans, and throughout the course of western history, have also used it to combat motion sickness. [/black]

However, as I have come to understand, there are some people, for whom, nothing will work.
