for fathers day william and i went out exploring some new to us crappie spots ( thanks to a tip from knightrider emoThumbsup ) . got to grasshopper ramp and in the water around 7:30 .<br /> started off going to the sale creek area where the side imager painted a nice pic of lots of fish which is where we got all of our 9 keepers for the day along with lots of shorts. <br /><br />willam first fished me as well as big fished me today with 2 over 12 (hof) emoDance but i did manage to put more keepers in the boat (5-4) didnt keep count on the non keepers but we probably had somewhere around <br />30-40 of those . <br /><br />tried a few other spots in possum and soddy creeks as well as a few main lake docks but only came up with shorts then of course the wind ,water chiggers and merry go wake makers started to make boat control<br />a little aggravating so we put the boat on the trailer around 2pm and headed home to clean the keepers . <br /><br />most fish today came on a BG electrik chicken shad at a 15 count in 20 fow on vertical structure on 1/16 oz jigs. water temp was pretty steady between 82-83 f <br />tried other colors as well as curly tail grubs but the BG electrik chicken shad seemed to be the ticket for us today. <br /><br />not our best day catching but it was still a great day out on the water
