Got out this morning looking for more new spots down river from CFP marked a new area and fished it a little with some good numbers but nothing huge today,water temp was 81-83deg all caught on swim bait and jig,moved into some sloughs to eat and rest awhile and saw about a million willow flies with fish and ducks tearing them up,so I had to try it,the banks were about 12ft dropping into 22ft and threw a sammy and pop-r and the bream and small bass tore them up all little ones but what a blast for awhile must have caught 35-40 fish in a 100yard stretch where the flies hit the water,not to hot today and windy but a great day off duty and on the water.
