Yuba 7/5, slow but fun...

Got on the water at 9am, stayed til 2:00. Started in a cove near the narrows, caught a few perch right off the bat with a couple of carp. The bite was slow to steady at times for about an hour, then, nothing for 30 min. Decided to move across the lake to get out of the wind. Same story, a few perch right away with some carp, then like a light switch, nothing. Moved to Walleye point for the last hour, had a few bites and that was it. Came home with 6 decent perch for dinner. Not great but a fun day on the water.[]
