Well, Murddock and I decided over a week ago to fish today. We put in at Soddy Creek about 6:30 and fished until about 12:30. Our plan was to shoot some docks and bluffs which we did but the fish just were not hungry or not there. We did find 6 keepers, 2 throwbacks, a couple blue gill and a couple dink bass. However the keepers made supper tonight so all is not lost. We used panfish assassins, ringer stingers, bg shads all dipped in chartruce dip of course. Fish seemed to be near bottom in 10 ft of water but deeper around the bluffs. Water temp about 81 degrees when we left and it was HOT. It was truely a beautiful morning to be on the water and I had a great time. Here's a pic of Murddock with 2 keepers. I shore do miss SPRANG TIME!!
