This time it ran $600 .00 for an operation .
She came in last night acting her normal self until she rolled over and we saw blood .
Took a good look and she had a slice to the right side of her chest about 1-1/2" long and pretty deep .
Tried the vets around the area and closest one open was mt.pleasant , $125.00 just to wait for us to get there not including normal exam charges .
Just a few stitches i'm thinking so i'll have her to the vets in the A.M. , shaved the area , flushed out the wound , some neosporen and bandaged her up .
I get to the vets after work and they had to operate on her .
1-3/4 wide and the stick was in a good 11" along her rib cage . it cut threw all the mussels .
She has a drainage tube sticking out of her chest (pic#2)in two areas that comes out friday and the cone on her head (pic#1).
This dog is getting to be a pain in the bank, LOL !!!!
