Decided to try some new water Friday put in at possum creek. Dad wanted to catch some crappie so we focused on main lake docks with 10+ ft of water. We found a dock that had 17 ft of water and good flow. Found the fish on a 10 count and caugh several keepers there including my first TARP crappie that squeeked by the 14 inch size limit. ended the day with 10 keepers that were all at least 11" Only fished for a few hours on new water and thanks to the fine advice I have gotten from Dickie we were able to catch plenty of fish. Missed at least as many as we caught.
