Is it a "Photo" contest or a "Fish" contest?????

Sorry Ive been gone so long guys,,But Ive been reading some of the post about the contest.
Just about all of the photo contest I have entered are based on the quality of the picture, like lighting, focus and composure.
I have never entered a "Photo" contest that based on the size of the fish...

.....just a thought.
