Man I got on the water about 7:45 this morning, put in at marion county park and went across the river were I saw birds from the road. The wind was howling this morning but that motorguide and optima blue tops held strong. Tha water started at 44.7 ,d when I quit at 3:00 it was 49.7. I caught 13 fish today on xr50 and jerkbaits. The lipless bite was anywher from 2 feet to 6.5 feet. My smallest fish was 3.24. Most came on a jerkbait. Deadsticking it. SLOOOOOWWWW!!!! And boom. Had severalthat was 4.80 and 4.87 was the biggest and they of course had the lampreys on them about a foot long. Man it was great today been a couple of weeks.
