Put in along with Elsweb, had the idea that the NE pockets in the lakes would be warming up, as it turned out the main channel was usually a couple degrees warmer.<br /> Did have a couple hits in one spot in the 1st lake we hit, but that was it.<br />Ran on downstream and fished some main river banks and Danny hooked one on a blade in about 6&#39; of water and had a couple more hits on the same stretch on the blade and a crankbait.<br /> Tried Mullin&#39;s with no luck and bailed out around 1, just in time to see XLVD pulling out.<br /> The wind was just enough to make it uncomfortable.
