I made it out to Mullins Cove area Sunday and then again to the Riverpark on St. Patty's day. First, a big thanks to wrenchin and others who helped me trouble-shoot a starter/battery problem. Back to the report. Sunday was a tough day to fish but I managed 6 nice keepers in Mullins. All but one were very healthy thick fish caught out of about 15 feet of water. On St. Patty's day I went out of the riverpark with a friend. The water was terrible muddy but we managed a number of trash fish, drum, and a couple nice bass. The largest, below is a 19" largemouth with a fat belly on him. I think the next three weeks will be as good as it gets on the Nick, finally.
