we left the house as soon as nicholette got off the school bus went to the 117 ramp and headed up river to the steam plant main river was 52.3 it was74 at the discharge we tried all kinds of lures the only thing we had luck on was a small gold cb and a sexy shad cb caught 6 or 7 yellow bass and 9 white then i tried a white and gold cb and the fight was on after 10 to 15 minutes and a lot of drag pilled off i landed my p/b drum i did not have any scales but guestamate it to go between 40 45 lb it is by far the biggest one i have ever seeni have a picture on my cell if i can figure out how to get it off my phone and on here i will do so but all in all it was a good trip other than the trolling motor broke emoToast all fish was released to bite another day
