Took the boat out first time in a long time .. Launched at Suck Creek at 2am fished down river through the gorge and into the area where the river starts to widen into the lake.. didnt see even one boat 
Fished till 7am working second shift now and had today off so I figured Id fish early and sleep the rest of the day <br />Caught 40 spots between 12 and 15&quot; and another 30 Largemouth between 12 and 17&quot; I caught all the Largemouth on Jig and Pig and one of my shallow running flat crankbaits they where mostly on flats on inside bends some where in 12&quot; or less of water either on or near shale peas gravel breaks where the sand begins.<br /><br />The Spots where on the outside bends all caught on same crankbait or a jerkbait<br /><br />It was good to be out again. <br />and a good work out of my LED black lights I got for xmas
